How backups work
Backups run automatically for your hosting account. You can see the available backups from your service page.
Generate a backup
- 1Open Services and select your hosting plan.
- 2Open the Backups panel.
- 3Choose Generate backup and wait for it to finish.
Restore
Open a support ticket to request a restore. Tell us the date you want restored and whether you need files, databases or both.
